Bob, a CPA and lawyer, has
over 25 years of experience working in the tax area including
handling sophisticated transactions and general client service.
Bob was formerly Partner-in-Charge of the Tax Practice of Deloitte
& Touche in Hartford, Connecticut, and in Short Hills, New
Jersey.

Founding Partner
Bob’s practice specialties include Aerospace/manufacturing,
auto dealerships and real estate. Personal areas of expertise
include: practice before the IRS on tax controversies, partnership
taxation, S corps and acquisitions. Close working relationship
with attorneys on corporate formation and governance.
Deloitte & Touche – (1983-1991)
Partner-in-Charge, Tax. National Director of the Firm's Insurance
Tax Practice. Managing Partner's Advisory Council and firm-wide
Human Resource Development Task Force. Tax Management Committee
(essentially "Board" of the tax function, partner admissions,
partner compensation, legal issues, etc.). Significant experience
in real estate partnerships, syndication and taxation of insurance
companies. Partner on a number of the Firm’s top 100 clients.
Arthur Andersen & Co. – Hartford, CT (1976-1983)
Tax Manager
Usual progression from entry level staff through manager. Heavy
experience in expatriates, insurance and real estate syndications.

BA, Middlebury College (1973), MBA, University of Hartford (1976),

Member Connecticut and Federal Bar, member AICPA and CSCPA.
