Helen K. Eatherton, CPA
Helen is an audit professional
at the accounting firm of Federman, Lally & Remis. Prior to
joining the firm, she held both financial management and auditing
positions for more than 20 years.
Professional Experience
Helen works with various parts of the auditing process, including
planning, testing through the issuance of final reports, the preparation
of GAAP financial statements, footnotes and supplementary schedules.
She has had extensive experience dealing with closely held companies.
Education and Certifications
Helen received her Bachelor of Science
in Accounting from the University of Connecticut in 1983 and became
a CPA in 1986.
