George D. Cavalier
George is an audit professional
at the accounting firm of Federman, Lally & Remis. Prior to
joining Federman, Lally & Remis in 2006, George worked in
a series of increasingly responsible positions in the finance
and administrative operations of several companies in the manufacturing,
construction and service industries.
Professional Experience
George has had considerable accounting, auditing, and financial
management responsibilities during his 30 year career. He has
a wide range of experience providing accounting, benefit administration
and auditing services. George has worked in a supporting role
in a number of audit engagements with emphasis on substantive
testing for closely held manufacturing companies and completion
of ERISA compliance work.
Education and Certifications
George received a Bachelor of Science
in Accounting from the University of Connecticut in 1977 and was
a former member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
