Carl D. Silver, CPA
Carl is a Manager at Federman,
Lally & Remis. He has been a CPA for over 30 years. Prior
to joining the firm, Carl’s career included positions of
Vice President of Tax Planning for a national investment company
and Chief Financial Officer for a wholesale distributor and a
manufacturing company. Additionally, Carl has been the owner,
CEO and COO of his own company.
Professional Experience
Carl’s work in public accounting and in private industry
has included extensive experience in a broad spectrum of specialties,
including manufacturing, real estate, service businesses, retail,
construction and wholesale distribution. Returning to public accounting
at Federman, Lally & Remis, Carl’s diverse experience
is utilized in both the accounting and tax practices of the firm.
Education and Certifications
Carl received his Bachelor of Science
in Accounting from Bentley College 1973.
He is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public
Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Carl has also been an instructor for American College.
